When youare attempting to force traffic to a new domain, in your SEO strategies, you might be wondering, have you got systems that you’ve made inside your business for every one of the different traffic channels that you use?

Yes. I have a team and I’ve also mapped out the system. So I am able to simply refer to a mind map and see each of the traffic channels and tick off if itis been activated or not. There are some that are just on auto default. That will occur for each single article. Itwill depend on whether it is evergreen content or if it’s’s time dependent, if itis a launch or merely a general article, as to how hard I may push it.

It’s hilarious, you may be thinking. You may be wondering, in our S.E.O strategies, how do you log what kind of traffic channels you are turning on for those pages?

I’ve just got a mind map which has the majority of the available options on it. I just look at it and see whether I’ve activated one. So for example, I’d look at PPC and I could say, OK, have I got a search campaign, tick, have I got content network, yes, have I got banners and text in the content network, have I put my negative list, am I going for second tier PPC traffic, am I going for CPV traffic? I could just tick the box.

I should use my core words and my seed article. If I have additional content, I could usually have photos and audio so I can generate videos from it or Iwill have an interview or an Animoto video.

This person has discussed before it’s almost like you have got some default things that are done. Then it’s like, depending on whether you need to juice it up, you tick some of those other boxes. Now you might be wondering about the default things that you do, to damage that down, to go truly granular, what are the default things that you like to do?

Well an article will always be posted to my blog and then submitted to article directories. Then there’ll be separate blog comments linking back to the article from a blog network. Therewill be links purchased to link back to the post. Theyare all default things. The extra ones would be forum comments, press release and say Google local submission, that type of stuff.

One thing that we hadn’t dug too much into, I suspect we do it more where we are as far as selling links. We do that thru text link advertisements. You may be wondering, when purchasing links, what service you look at for that.

I pretty much use Linkvana. I also have access to two non-public blog networks that are not publicly published, which I’ve cultivated. I have my personal one and I collaboration with somebody else. I let them use mine and I use theirs.

Now you might be thinking, you’re doing this promotion. You have got your default and that will just roll out. You’re one I know who looks at your numbers and that sort of thing. Youare monitoring which keywords are converting. You did some of that also thru your pay per click primary testing as well , to decide which of them you’re going to juice up further. That will rely upon is it evergreen or are there any other triggers that push you into going, right, I am going to look at a forum or a public relations release or videos?

Basically when I find stuff converting, I just begin to sector in on it more. They’ll identify themselves, especially with the paid selling. If itis converting from paid marketing, itis a really good sign. You should leverage it out with free traffic also.

With all the different things we’ve talked about, and I know there are so many different factors that make up getting positions in Google, or any search website for that matter, you may be wondering, if you had to just say down to one thing, what the single biggest ranking factor is, what do you see, with all the testing that you have done, is the single biggest factor when it comes to ranking sites?

Probably the page title.

You may be wondering, how doyou do your page titles? Obviously you’ve got the keyword. Are there any other S.E.O systems that you do to get the maximum out of that page title?

You have got to put it action call if you can. It should be a selling title. You’re truly going for the conversion. It’s not enough just to be ranked at the top. It isn’t making any difference, if it does not force people, it’s worthless. So here’s where I had this massive epiphany and I split tested. I had two identical blogs but a touch different mechanisms. The one with the stronger call to action just blitzed it like 98 to two out of 100. It was so seriously different. This is the way in which the SEO experts do it.
